Grilled filone bread, our signature olivata, house made Salami Barolo, bagnetto sauce
Polenta Bufalina
Grilled polenta topped with thin sliced roma tomatoes and melted mozzarella cheese, finished with julienne organic basil and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.

A bed of Prosciutto topped with organic arugula lettuce, diced roma tomatoes, toasted walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette dressing and shaved parmesan cheese

Organic baby spinach and arugula lettuce with sliced pears, sun dried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, sliced red onions, balsamic vinaigrette dressing and crumbled gorgonzola cheese
