Grilled filone bread, our signature olivata, housemade Salami Barolo, bagnetto sauce

Polenta Bufalina
Grilled polenta topped with thin sliced roma tomatoes and melted mozzarella cheese, finished with julienned organic basil and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil

Insalata di Parma
A bed of Prosciutto topped with organic arugula lettuce, diced roma tomatoes, toasted walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette, and shaved parmesan cheese

Insalata del Dante
Organic baby spinach with toasted pinenuts, diced roma tomatoes, sliced red onions, and a gorgonzola cheese dressing

Tortelloni di Zucca
Homemade tortellonis filled with pumpkin, butternut squash, and ricotta cheese, served in a sage and mascarpone cream sauce topped with chopped toasted walnuts

Linguine Fra Diavolo
Linguine pasta with freshwater shrimp, black mussels, manilla clams, slipper lobster tails, garlic and white wine in a lighly spicy tomato sauce

Filetto di Manzo al Porto
Beef tenderloin medallion (Filet Mignon) pan-seared and oven roasted, finished with a port wine reduction sauce

Ladyfingers dipped in espresso layered with mascarpone cream and topped with imported chocolate crumbles
